TOWN OF CENTURY
Ongoing Services for Air Conditioning Repairs
The Town of Century, Florida is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or firms interested in providing ongoing services for air conditioning repairs.
Those firms or individuals interested in submitting a proposal must schedule an appointment in writing to tour the facility by contacting Kristina Wood, Deputy Town Clerk, 7995 North Century Boulevard, Century, Florida 32535 by mail or by email: kwood [at] centuryflorida.us (). Provide the company name, contact person, address, phone number, and email address in all requests.
The Town understands that pricing will depend on the services needed and is interested in interviewing those who would be on call for such services. Hourly rate is requested.
Tours of the property will be scheduled from Monday, December 4, 2023 through Monday, December 11, 2023 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Proposals must be submitted in electronic format to Kristina Wood, Deputy Town Clerk, at kwood [at] centuryflorida.us and must be received by 12:00 p.m., local time, Tuesday, December 12, 2023, to be considered.
The Town of Century, Florida proposes to award a contract to the provider whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the Town. The Town of Century reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities in the proposal process, and if an award is made, will be made to the most responsible firm whose proposal indicates the award will be in the best interest of the Town of Century. The Town further certifies that it will not discriminate during the selection process on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, gender identity, religion, marital status, or familial status.
